Welcome visitors! This page will provide you with all of the information needed as you plan for your away meet hosted by Towne Lake Wake.

* We are assigning lanes to timers and scribes this season. Please assign one timer (for each shift) to lanes 1-6. Each lane will have one TL timer and one timer from the visiting team. Please assign one scribe (per shift) to lanes 2, 4 and 6. TL scribes will be assigned to lanes 1, 3 and 5. The goal here is to have a quick and seamless shift change with every timer/scribe knowing exactly where they need to be.

10000 Towne Lake Parkway, Cypress, TX 77433 - Located inside the Towne Lake Lakehouse Center

Parking

For the safety of our swimmers and to maintain respect with our residents, we ask that you carefully note the no parking zones on our maps. Please only park in the designated areas. The Basu parking lot is off limits at all times.

Visiting Team Set Up

Visiting teams will set up their tents in the area marked in yellow on the map below. Please inform your swimmers and parents that the splash pad, playground and beach areas are strictly off limits at all times.

Pool Entry & Swimmer Flow

Spectators will enter via the splash pad area onto the pool deck. Once swimmers have finished their race, they will exit the pool deck (West - under the breezeway by the bathrooms).

Scratch Time - 7:45 am

Home Team Warm-ups - 7:15-7:45 am

Visiting Team Warm-ups - 7:45-8:15 am

Officials meeting - 7:50 am

Timer meeting (both shifts) - 8:10 am on deck on the non block side of the pool

Ready Bench Meeting (both shifts) - 8:10 am in the Ready Bench area

Report to Ready Bench Events 1&2 - 8:20 am

Meet Starts at 8:30 am

Concessions

Concessions are provided by Chick Fil-A, Kona Ice, Smart Drinks, and a small concession stand by the ready bench area. Some of the concessions are credit card only so bring one if you wish to purchase something.
