Communication is key to a successful swim team and every effort will be made to relay information to swim team families in a timely manner. There are several ways in which we will be communicating information to swimmers and their families:

• The TWNL website is http://townelake.swimtopia.com/. The team calendar, meet and volunteer signup, important reminders, registration information, announcements, and contact information for Board members and coaches are all available there.
• Email notifications from the TWNL website will go to parents of registered swimmers. Each family must ensure that:
  • We have the proper email address(es) for your family (this is the email address used to register). You can update or add additional email addresses on your profile page.
  • You are checking your email frequently.
  • You are checking the team website frequently for updates.
• The TWNL Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/groups/1505156513145425/. Reminders, parent information sharing, and announcements are available there. Please note that you must answer the membership questions when you request to be added to the facebook group. If you do not, you will not be be added.  
• The Swimtopia App system is used to communicate last-minute information regarding practice and meets and any weather/lightning delays or cancellations. Please ensure you have notifications enabled.
